    • Available exclusively at Maxicare Clinics nationwide.

    • Includes access to General Practitioners (GP), Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), Pediatricians, OB-GYNs, and various specialists (e.g., Cardiologists, Dermatologists, ENT, Orthopedic, etc.). Note: Specialist consultation requires an initial referral from a GP/IM physician or a valid outside doctor referral.

  2. Annual Physical Exam (Basic 5)

    • Includes Physical Exam, Complete Blood Count (CBC), Routine Urinalysis, Routine Fecalysis, and Chest X-ray (PA).

Exclusions

  • Outpatient consultations and medical procedures conducted outside of Maxicare Clinics.

  • Hospital admission or confinement.

  • Emergency cases.

How It Works (Activation & Use)

  • Activation: After purchase, members must click the registration link sent to their email, complete their details, and they will receive their electronic card (eCard) within 24 hours.

  • Usage: Members must present their eCard and one (1) valid photo ID at any Maxicare Clinic to avail of the services.

  • Booking: Appointments can be booked online via the Online Scheduler or by contacting the Maxicare Clinic Concierge via phone/email.
